How do the plans work?
What counts toward AI usage?
Bot replies and agent AI actions, such as drafting, translation, summaries and tag suggestions, share your workspace allowance. Human messages do not count. Free includes 50 trial replies once; paid allowances reset each billing month and do not roll over. When the allowance is used, human chat remains available.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel through the billing portal to stop the next renewal. Your paid plan remains available until the current period ends. See our refund policy for first-purchase refund requests.
Do I need a card for Free?
No. Your free workspace includes one agent seat and one website. The workspace owner counts as a seat, as do pending invitations.
