Workspaces, install, and Discord alerts
A few of the pieces teams asked for first are now in the product.
- Discord notifications post new chats, waiting visitors, tickets and ratings to a channel you choose.
- WordPress plugin installs the widget from the plugin screen.
- Install page walks through the snippet and can check that it is on a public page.
- Multiple workspaces let one account switch between the sites it belongs to.
- Delete workspace lets an owner remove a workspace they no longer need.
Planned next: email when a chat is missed, Slack and Telegram alerts, a Shopify app, and AI replies grounded in your site.
