ShippedNotifications
Send workspace events to a Discord channel.
Add an incoming webhook under Integrations and choose what to post: a new chat, a visitor still waiting, a new ticket, or a rating. Delivery retries on its own. If Discord says the webhook was deleted, that channel is switched off instead of failing the chat.
This shipped. Read “Workspaces, install, and Discord alerts” in the changelog.
